Registered NSCAA Coach, USSF License, Registered National Youth Soccer Coach. Holds a Regional, State and National NSCAA Goalkeeping Diploma. Holds an Advanced Regional, Regional & State NSCAA Coaching Diploma. Started coaching 17 years ago after playing four years at Thomas College in Waterville Maine 3 years as a field player. sophomore year played in Goal and set a school record with 11 shut-outs which he still holds the record today. Then played in the LASA League then played in the USISL for the NH Phatoms.

Since 1990 has been coaching at many different levels: U-10/U-12/U-14/U-16/U-18 both Girls and Boys programs. He was an Assistant Coach with NH Olympic Development Program & was Director of Soccer Operations York Maine Youth Soccer & was Head Coach York Maine Select Soccer Club. Was Assistant Varsity Coach Duxbury High School & Head Coach at Hull High School.

Currently Coach Reynolds is the Head Coach Galway Rovers FC & Director Of Coaching & Technical Director for the Rovers-Head U-11 Boys Coach & U-12 Girls Coach & U-15 Boys Coach & Head U-19 Boys. Coach Reynolds is also currently the Head Men's Coach at Quincy College.

Fouad Alzaibak

Coach Alzaibak has been coaching soccer since 1992. He has been coaching children from the kindergarten age all the way through the High School level.

Over the years coaching Hingham Youth Soccer's youth he proudly took one team to the State championship, three teams with Division titles, two Coastal championship finals / and semifinal appearances, two quarterfinals, and last but not least two additional Coastal playoff appearances with various teams.

Fouad is currently the Head U-12 Girls Coach and Assistant U-14 Girls & U-19 Boys Coach.

Coach Alzaibak along with his wife Kim enjoys their family, coaching, soccer, volleyball, tennis and good food! His greatest thrill is to teach a player a new skill and see them follow through and execute it!

Paul Vasconcelos

Paul Vasconcelos
Club Technical Director

Vasconcelos comes to Galway from Eastern Mass FC where he was Director of Coaching for 6 years, prior to that he was a full -time staff coach at Scorpions SC. He is currently the men's & women's head coach at Lesley University where he has won NECC Coach of The Year awards 2007-2010.

Vasconcelos has been playing and coaching soccer for over 20 years. As a player Vasconcelos was invited to train and play in Portuguese 3rd Division tournaments in Azores, Portugal. He has toured with several teams in select tournaments all over Western Europe.

In 2002 he was appointed the assistant coach at Milton Academy where he stayed on for one season before leaving to become the assistant soccer coach at Emerson College. At Emerson he helped lead the Lions to their best record in program history in just his first year. He stayed at Emerson for three seasons leading the Lions to two straight GNAC Conference semifinals.

Vasconcelos holds the USSF National C License, KNVB Dutch Advanced Diploma, English FA Youth Badge, USSF National Youth license and NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma. He has been on the Massachusetts Olympic Developmental Program Staff for the past eight years.

Peter Mendel

Mendel is currently the Head Men's Soccer Coach at Curry College were he was named The Commonwealth Coast Conference "Coach of the Year." in 2008.

Coach Mendel is a graduate of Endicott College. He was an All-State player in High School and was inducted into the Berkshire County Soccer Hall of Fame for his stellar career at Hoosac Valley High School. Coach Mendel started his coaching career as an Assistant Coach at Salem State College, holds his NSCAA National and Advanced National Diplomas as well as his State Goalkeeping Diploma.

Joseph is Currently the Head Galway Men's PDL Team Coach, and he is also the Assistant Men's Coach at Rodger Williams University in Rhode Island, Coach Franchino joins the Galway Coaching Staff after spending 10 years playing in the MLS and also playing for the US National Team.

Jason Morgan

Jason has coached with the Galway Rovers for over 7 years as the Head Coach of many different ages. He coached his U-11 team to a undefeated season, and coached his U-14 Galway team to victory in the Needham Memorial Day Tournament. Jason has served on the Hingham Youth Soccer Board of Directors for 8 years and Jason is a USSF Licensed Coach.

Derek Spence

Derek Spence
Head U-10 Elite Boys Coach

Derek grew up playing soccer in Heidelberg, Germany and moved back to the US in 1980, attending Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, MA where he was a 4-sport standout and a 2-sport Captain. On the soccer pitch, he led the Hawks in both goals and assists his Senior year, was a 2-time Catholic Conference All Star, an EMASS All Star, and a Patriot Ledger All Scholastic. Derek was also a Massachusetts State Team and ODP Region 1 player, and represented MA at the Mitre Indoor National Championships in 1986. He was recruited to Bowdoin College in 3 sports, playing soccer all four years for the Polar Bears. Derek was signed by Lowell United FC of the LASA League at the age of 19, where he played for 2 seasons, helping his club to win the LASA Cup in 1990 and the League Championship in 1991. Derek started coaching soccer in 1990, traveling around the country with the PUMA/Vogelsinger Soccer Academy and Ben Brewster All Star Soccer Schools. He has coached at the U-10 level for the past 5 years in Hingham, and has been a member of the Galway Rovers coaching staff since 2007, helping to lead the U-10 Boys to an undefeated MAPLE season in 2008/09. Derek is a USSF Licensed Coach.

Frank Teixeira

Frank played Division one college soccer. After player college soccer, he started getting into coaching. Frank has coached for Hingham Youth soccer for several years in both the in-town and travel programs. Frank has coached for the Galway Rovers FC for two seasons, where last year he took his U-12 Girls to an undefeated spring season finishing in first place in the teams division in MASC. Frank is a USSF Licensed Coach.

Brian Morrissey

Brian has coached for the Galway Rovers for several years on the Boys side of the club. Brian took his U-11 Galway Boys team to an undefeated season and was runner up at the Cranberry Cup, when that Galway team was U-14 they were ranked 6th in the state and won the Needham Memorial Day Tournament. Brian has coached in Hingham youth soccer for several years. Brian is a USSF Licensed Coach.

Ken Carlin

Head U-15 Boys Elite Coach & Head U-10 Boys Elite Coach

USSF National "C" License, NSCAA State Goalkeeping Diploma, Registered NSCAA Coach, member of the Eastern Mass Soccer Coaches Association. He is currently the head coach at Hingham High School going into his 11th year. Since he started in 1999 Hingham has a 135-38-27 record, 6 league championships in 1999, 2000, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2008 and has been included in the Boston Globe Top 20 Soccer Poll for the last 9 consecutive years. He was named High School Soccer Coach of the year in 2005. He was a staff coach with the Mass Bay Blazers later the South Shore United Blazers for ten years. The high lights of that time were coaching BU17 State Champions in the State Cup final, winning the Massachusetts State Cup Fair Play Award for sportsmanship and the bronze medal with the BU15 team. Those teams won many tournaments including the Oakwood Premier Tournament and Nashua WC Tournament. He is currently playing on three teams a men's outdoor team, an indoor team and a coed outdoor team.

Stew Bell

Stew Bell is currently the Head Varsity Girls coach at Hull High School, where he has been the Head Coach for the past 8 years. Stew played all four years in college and after college started getting into coaching. Stew also is a professional coach for the Scituate Youth Soccer Program, and was a Head Coach in the Hull Youth Soccer Travel Program. Stew is a NSCAA Licensed Coach.

Maeve Desmond

Maeve is currently the Head Boys Coach at Hull High School. Before that she was the Head JV Girls coach at Hull High School. Maeve was a recruited player at Umass Boston. She started her coaching career as the Head Girls Coach in the Hull Youth Travel Soccer Program. Maeve is a NSCAA Licensed Coach.

Erica Hunt

Erica is Currently working for the Boston Breakers, before that she was a member of the Endicott women's soccer team, winning four conference championships. In her four years, the Gulls made four NCAA appearances and advanced to the "Sweet 16" in 2006. Erica grew up in Vermont, where she played club soccer for the Nordic Spirit Soccer Club and Colchester High School.

Meighan

U-12 Premier Girls Asst Coach

This is Meighan's first year with the Galway Rovers Soccer club. She is currently working for the Boston Breakers. Before the Breakers, she was a four year starter and senior co-captain for the College of the Holy Cross women's soccer team. Meighan is originally from New Jersey where she played for the Battle of Monmouth club program and is a graduate from Colts Neck High School.

Rob Williams

Head Coach Rob Williams joins the Galway with over 5 years of Coaching Experience as well as 15 years of Professional playing experience. Rob has played for various clubs at various levels, including the Welsh National Premier League, and 5 years in the Wrexham Youth Premier Division.

For the past 5 years Coach Williams has been coaching U-11 Boys Team in the Welsh National Youth League. Coach Williams holds a UFFA level 1 coaching license.

Darren Lloyd

Darren starts his second season with Galway Rovers FC. He has coached in the USA for the past 5 years working with ODP in Long Island NY where he was a camp director as part of the Champions World Series, working with EPL teams like Liverpool FC, Man UTD, AC Milan and Celtic, through their soccer camps. Darren is a graduate of Hartpury College in England who holds 2 British University Championships, and 1 National Futsal Championship, as well as numerous individual awards. Darren has a degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Coaching, Whilst at University, Darren played and worked with former International and EPL Manager Bobby Gould (Wales & Wimbledon). Darren is currently Regional Manager of MA for PLAY SOCCER. FA UEFA NSCAA Licensed Coach.

David Ulm

Head U-15 Girls Premier Coach

This is Coach David Ulm's First Year Coaching with the Galway Rovers, Coach Ulm is in his third season as the First Assistant at Curry College Men's Soccer Team . Before Curry College Coach Ulm was at Tufts University where he was Assistant Varsity coach and Head JV coach for the Men's Program . Prior to Tufts University Coach Ulm spent time as an A ssociate D irector for the Lil' Kickers Program based out of Bedford, NH and worked with both the Nashua South High School and Nashua World Cup Soccer Club teams. Ulm is also a member of the NSCAA.

Ulm graduated from Ithaca College in NY with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Coaching. While at Ithaca, Coach Ulm directed the College Men's Club Soccer Team to a #4 ranking in the Northeast and the semi-finals of the regional tournament.

Joe Drain

Coach Joe Drain has an strong coaching and playing background, Coach "Joe" as the players refer to him as, has been the Assistant Coach at Milton High School Boys Program before going the Galway Rovers Youth Development. Prior to that Coach Drain had played 4 years at Assumption college were he was Captain. Coach Drain is a Certified Personal Trainer, and is a member of the International Youth Conditioning Association, Youth Fitness Specialist.

Jennifer Munoz

U-10 Girls Head Coach & Assistant Club Strength & Conditioning Coach

This is Jen's first year with the Galway Rovers Soccer Club. She is currently a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Prior to personal training, Jen was a Goalkeeper and Captain for the Hamilton College Women's Soccer Team. As a GK and Senior Cpt. at Hamilton, Jen was an NCAA 1st Team All American Selection - Hamilton's first ever Women's Soccer Player to be named an All-American. While at Hamilton, Jen also earned honors as the UCAA Player of the Year and NYSWAA Defensive Player of the Year.

As a part of the Galway Rovers, Jen will not only be the U-10 Girl's Coach but she will also be working collaboratively with Joe Drain to lead the Galway Rovers Strength & Conditioning Program.

Martin Stevens

Martin Stevens

Martin has been coaching with the Galway Rovers for the past 3 years and this is his first year as a Head coach, Martin is currently the Head Hingham High School Freshman Boys Coach, Marin was Born in U.K. Also played with Gloucestershire Professional team while in school. Played with top amateur club side junior through senior teams. Played goalkeeper for Professional club Welton Rovers in U.K. Western League. F.A. coach in youth leagues. L.T.A. coach certified Bath University U.K. Toured U.S.A. and Europe.

Steve Argyle
Head U-14 Boys Elite Coach

Steve was born in England and grew up playing soccer there. As a player he was member of a Championship winning team in Britain's largest amateur league and has coached both adult and junior teams.

Coach Argyle has been a Head Coach for Marshfield Youth Soccer since 2002, taking both his U12 and U14 boys teams to the MTOC as Coastal League Champions. He Currently is on the Marshfield Youth Soccer Board of Directors.

Steve joined the Galway coaching staff in 2009, Coach Argyle was the U-12 Boys Green Team Assistant Coach for the Galway Rovers in 2009, Coach Argyle is Currently the Head U-13 Boys Coach, Coach Argyle holds a Mass Youth Soccer E License and a NSCAA State Diploma.

Cara Folino

Cara Folino has been a player and soccer enthusiast for over 20 years. She played in the Massachusetts Premier League for South Coast under Jack Ulathorne from U-11 to U-18. Cara also played for South Shore Select with Laurindo Lima from the club's earliest beginnings. At Rockland High School she started varsity as a freshman and was chosen as a Patriot League All Star sophomore to senior year. She earned a Globe All Scholastic All Star junior and senior year and an Eastern Mass All Star senior year. Cara played her first year at Northeastern University. After Northeastern she played semi-professionally for Bay State Select and currently plays in the Old Colony Women's Soccer League. Cara has been a coach for various South Shore Select run clinics over the years and also helped coach children with special needs.

Aja Amontea

Aja Amontea began her coaching career with a U12 South Shore Select team and later went on to a position as Assistant Coach at Emerson College. After taking time off from coaching to get her M.A. from Emerson, she returned to the field as the Assistant Girls' Varsity Coach at Thayer Academy in 2009, where she helped lead the team to the ISL semi-finals. Most recently, Aja helped to develop a U10 team for new club, Excelsior United.

As a player, Aja spent several years with Select, captained her team at UMass Dartmouth, and spent a season with Bay State Select in the WPSL. Currently Aja plays in the Old Colony Women's Soccer League where her team.

Jon Fagan
U-14 Premier Girls Head Coach

Jon Fagan formerly of Duxbury MA is no stranger to the game of Soccer. A 4 year Varsity player at Duxbury High School from 1996-1999 ending his high school career as Senior Co-Captain, and Atlantic Coast All Conference All-Star (Starter) Jon was recruited by many DI and DIII programs from Southern Virginia to Northern Maine. Jon attended Roanoke College in Salem VA and Graduated From Suffolk University in Boston. Coach Fagan then started his business career with CBS/WBZ Boston where he was able to re-join Duxbury High School as the Assistant Boys Varsity Coach from 2005-2007. Coach Fagan played for various clubs including the North Shore Suns, South Shore United, and the Galway Rovers.

Coach Fagan currently resides in Newton MA where he is the Director of Recruitment and Selection with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Coach Fagan enjoys coaching both Soccer and Lacrosse and has a passion for spending time with his family and friends.

One interesting fact about Coach is that he was the leading goal scorer on his high school squad but moved to sweeper back in his senior year and freshman year in college due to his speed and size ultimately giving him incredible knowledge of both sides of the field.

Coach Fagan is excited to rejoin the Galway Program as head Coach of the U14 Girls Premier Team.
